The #1 thing you need to know about bringing your healthiest self to your life.

One of the biggest things that my clients want is to feel is light, energised, lean, clear-minded and healthy.

Often at the beginning, they may envision:

how much braver and self-confident they’ll feel when they can fit into those size 10 jeans

how divine and goddess-like an experience it will be when their cycles are perfectly on time

*having the most balanced, clean, Instagram worthy meals and feeling like a deeply wholesome being
Unfortunately, that’s the wrong way to go about tending to your health. Most who try to do it this way end up feeling worse or develop an unhealthy obsession in the name of healing.


Instead, focus on continual change and start thinking ‘what can I learn along the way?’.


Connect with the feeling of what experiencing the ease and being at home in your body feels like. Learn to trust your intuition and let it guide you in your health choices. THEN see how feeling clear, lean, bright and energised becomes the byproduct.


The goal of holistic healing is not to return to the status quo nor to remove symptoms (we have pharmaceuticals for that). It’s to evolve and transform. When you begin to see illness as an invitation, you know you’re about to change in a big way.

You have both an inner-wise woman and inner-saboteur within you. You have the choice to which one you listen to.

You inner-saboteur will keep you too small, too safe, too sceptical to ever reach for the door of healing. There is always a fear of the unknown, and this aspect of you will make you want to resist.

Your inner-wise woman will always guide you home. She will tell you when to pause and when to push. She will show you how to do the deeper work that is necessary to evolve into your higher purpose.

There is a deep sense of relief when you realise you already have everything you need to cultivate the health you’re dreaming of.


You can’t fail at healing – it’s a learning process at every point along the way. Even the challenging points. Especially the challenging points.



When you gain an understanding of yourself as a cyclical being, you have more compassion for your ever-changing abilities, mood and needs. You can plan your life around these changes that make the questions of…

when to create

when to incubate

when to push

when to pause

when to socialise

and when to cocoon yourself away

…a lot more manageable and magical.

It will make you more productive because you know what to expect from your body and how to plan with that.


When you learn to flow with your menstrual cycle’s unique rhythm, a power with arise.


The more you practice listening to your body and what it needs, the more confidence you have.

You no longer see your period as a burden, but rather as an incredible resource.

If you approach your healing in this way, you can save yourself from going through the vicious cycle of self-sabotage, deprivation and feeling like you’re not perfect enough. Instead, experience the strengthening of your health, your relationships and your depth of self-love by listening to your body and honouring its needs.

I encourage you to burn the rule book and walk slowly into the mystery of your own healing path with a trusted guide by your side and bring your healthiest self to your life on your own terms.
